How we handle personal information — stated plainly, without the usual legal fog.
This policy explains what personal information Luxoriq Cash Solutions Private Limited ("Luxoriq", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to www.luxoriqcashsolutions.com only. Information we handle on behalf of a client institution under a service contract is governed by that contract and by the client's own privacy framework — not by this policy.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Only what you choose to give us:
- Enquiry form. Your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the service line you selected, and the message you wrote.
- Career applications. Whatever you send us by email when applying for a role.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. This is automatic and applies to every website.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry. That is the whole purpose of the form.
- To evaluate a job application, if you sent one.
- To keep the website running and secure.
We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not share it with anyone who is not directly involved in answering you.
4. Who processes it
Our enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which passes your submission to our email inbox. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Both hold your data only as long as needed to perform that function. Our email runs on Google Workspace / Gmail.
Beyond these service providers, we disclose personal information only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Career applications are retained for up to twelve months. If you want your information deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information of yours we hold
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop using it

7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to the people who need it to reply to you. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
8. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the site securely. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of that request.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, the revised version appears on this page with a new "last updated" date.
Note on our role. When Luxoriq performs collection or field operations for a bank, NBFC or microfinance institution, we act on that client's instructions and within their compliance framework. The client remains responsible for the personal data of its own customers. This policy does not cover that relationship.
