Under RBI's outsourcing directions applicable to banks and NBFCs, a regulated entity that outsources an activity retains full responsibility and ultimate control over that activity. Our role is to execute the work to the standard our client's framework requires, and to produce the records that prove it was done that way. The regulatory obligation stays with the client.

2. Client and institution names

Where this site names banks, NBFCs, microfinance institutions or other organisations, those names are used to describe the segments we serve and the nature of the work we do. Their appearance:

• does not imply partnership, joint venture or agency
• does not imply endorsement or sponsorship by them
